Ask Aak Figure (Senator) - Revenge Of The Sith Collection, 2005 Action Figure Star Wars...

Ask Aak (Senator) Action Figure: Overview

The moulding and paintwork on The Revenge of the Sith Ask Aak actiom figure are both thoroughly impressive. The tri-clops, calf-faced senator comes with a really nice rifle which he surely doesn't get much chance to use in the corridors of the Coruscant Senate.

Ask Aak is rather cow-faced and has a mouth like an upside down crescent moon and ears like fish fins.

Since Ask Aak looks rather bovine and is also dressed quite like a farmer it makes you wonder just what he might be farming. He certainly looks more rural in appearance than any of the other senators whose dress is much more ornate and metropolitan in style.

Repetition in the name with the alteration of one letter seems to be indicative of the Gran species' naming conventions, when we remember Ree-Yees from The Return of the Jedi.

Ask Aak is the first Senator we hear speak up in favour of deploying the Clone Army in argument with Bail Organa at Palpatine's chambers.

Ask Aak is pictured below with the Senate pod from the Skirmish at the Senate Battlepack (bottom). I really wish I had more of these Senate Pods as you could start to create a really nice Republic Senate diorama with enough of them.

All Star Wars action figures, vehicles, collectibles and Star Wars toys shown on this website are the 3.75 inch scale and from my own private Star Wars collection unless otherwise stated. Where possible original vintage accessories have been used but in some instances I have placed Kenner Star Wars figures with either reproduction weapons and accessories or for Hasbro figures close approximations have been used. This is mostly the case for modern Star Wars lightsabers where the correct item can be very difficult to identify on some ocassions. Vintage Star Wars action figures are shown with their original weapon or accessory when I have them. When a vintage Kenner action figure is shown with an accessory which is not original I have tried to point this out where possible.

All of the Star Wars action figures shown were purchased second hand, usually incomplete, and in bulk. They have been reunited with their original weapons and accessories where we could get hold of them.
