Clone Pilot (Firing Cannon) Action Figure: Overview

Clone Pilot Figure Firing Cannon front

This is a nicely sculpted Revenge of the Sith Collection Clone Pilot action figure and a good display item, but he has no neck articulation and feels like he has limited play value unless you happen to have a Republic Gunship, V-19 Torrent or ARC-170 fighter for him to pilot (strictly speaking he's an ARC-170 pilot). This is perhaps why the Clone Pilot comes with a radar canon and the rather awkward looking tool which is presumably used to trigger the canon to fire its missile. That said Hasbro have produced plenty of smaller ships for Clone Pilots including the 501st Squadron Attack Dropship which is rather nifty (this comes with its own Clone Pilot though).

You get a strong sence of continuity with vintage figures such as the Tie Fighter Pilot and AT-AT Driver from this action figure.

Note: This The Revenge of the Sith Clone Pilot figure is distinctly different from the ones that piloted the Attack of the Clones gunships on Geonosis which have yellow detailing on their armour.

Note: Jedi Business designate this Clone Pilot as an Expanded Universe figure.

All Star Wars action figures, vehicles, collectibles and Star Wars toys shown on this website are the 3.75 inch scale and from my own private Star Wars collection unless otherwise stated. Where possible original vintage accessories have been used but in some instances I have placed Kenner Star Wars figures with either reproduction weapons and accessories or for Hasbro figures close approximations have been used. This is mostly the case for modern Star Wars lightsabers where the correct item can be very difficult to identify on some ocassions. Vintage Star Wars action figures are shown with their original weapon or accessory when I have them. When a vintage Kenner action figure is shown with an accessory which is not original I have tried to point this out where possible.

All of the Star Wars action figures shown were purchased second hand, usually incomplete, and in bulk. They have been reunited with their original weapons and accessories where we could get hold of them.
