As well as the blaster moulded into her holster, this Power of the Force Endor Princess Leia action figure carries a generic Han Solo blaster which looks incredibly big on her. Unlike her Kenner Predecessor, both her small blaster and her helmet are not removable which does feel like a step backwards.

As for Leia's face, the nose is quite good, but the rest of the face looks very blank and the eyes seem to stare off into nowhere. The articulation in Leia's knees allow her to sit on the Power of the Force Speeder Bike but her legs are too far apart for any sort of convincing pose when she is dismounted.

Leia's hands are too small to fit around the bulky Power of the Force Speeder Bike handles well, and she might look better on a Kenner Speeder Bike if you have one spare.

All this said, it was still nice to have an Endor Princess Leia with knee articulation so that she could convincingly sit on a Speeder Bike, and we had to wait another 11 years until the Legacy Collection before we got a representation of an Endor Leia (Star Wars Infinities 2008) which could be used for Speeder Bike chase scenes which surpassed this one (see Princess Leia Organa (Star Wars: Infinities ROTJ) Legacy Collection, 2008.

The Power of the Force Speeder Bike came with slightly better paintwork than it's Kenner predecessor with mud splashes over the front of the bike.

All of the Star Wars action figures shown were purchased second hand, usually incomplete, and in bulk. They have been reunited with their original weapons and accessories where we could get hold of them.
