The opening and closing grips on the Clone Wars Collection IG-86 figure's hands are a very nice touch indeed and add a lot to IG-86's play and display value. You can have IG-86 lifting another action figure by the neck (with the aid of a figure stand for balance) or even have him climbing, which reflects well the agility of this assassin droid in the Clone Wars animated series. The versatile articulation of this IG-86 figure is to be especially commended since it enables him to be just about as agile and nimble as the assassin droids that we encounter in the series.

I only have one of the two modified Battle Droid blasters which come with the Clone Wars Collection IG-86 (Ziro the Hutt's Assassin Droid) figure.

One of these IG-86 Assassin Droids makes off with C-3PO in a Landspeeder in Season Three Episode 2 of the Clone Wars series at the behest of Cad Bane who is working for Zilo the Hutt. It's quite a nice scene as it's a Landspeeder that is fairly reminiscent of the Landspeeder that we first see in A New Hope.

All Star Wars action figures, vehicles, collectibles and Star Wars toys shown on this website are the 3.75 inch scale and from my own private Star Wars collection unless otherwise stated. Where possible original vintage accessories have been used but in some instances I have placed Kenner Star Wars figures with either reproduction weapons and accessories or for Hasbro figures close approximations have been used. This is mostly the case for modern Star Wars lightsabers where the correct item can be very difficult to identify on some ocassions. Vintage Star Wars action figures are shown with their original weapon or accessory when I have them. When a vintage Kenner action figure is shown with an accessory which is not original I have tried to point this out where possible.

All of the Star Wars action figures shown were purchased second hand, usually incomplete, and in bulk. They have been reunited with their original weapons and accessories where we could get hold of them.
